Letterpress Printing
While nothing compares to actually holding a letterpressed invitation in-hand, below are some samples of my latest Collection. I'm really pleased with these and I hope you find something which is exactly what you were looking for.
Being a former bride, I delight in the fact that I can offer the best part of planning one's wedding—creating your own customized invitations! I enjoy working closely with people and I take great pride in helping them translate their ideas and visions and make them into a reality.
As well as offering custom work, I've been having a great time designing and printing several different styles and choices for discriminating brides to choose from. Each set can be added to with additional pieces, or kept simply as they are. Please contact me in regards to pricing.
Inspired by cigar box labels, this playful suite is the latest addition to my permanent collection. The gold and red ink make a crisp impression in the 100% rag paper.
This suite is completely adaptable to whatever your wedding palette may be. Shown here in a plum brown, the texture combined with the classic border give it a timeless feel. The backside of the reply postcard is shown on the left; The vintage design of the postcard is inspired by an old boxes of letters that I found at an antique stop.
Isabella actually made a partial debut in Martha Stewart Weddings a few years back. I had originally created coasters for the “Zoe” suite, and then from that designed an escort card and envelope. These pieces were so wildly successful, that I created a full invitation suite in the same style. Shown here in fuschia and taupe, the colors can be customized to suit your wedding palette. The design can also be printed in just one color, with dramatic results.
I am so excited to finally be showing off this fun and colorful suite. This is the first time I've ever collaborated with another artist, and I am so honored that Leigh Wells agreed to such a thing. I think she's a lettering genius and she has cleverly come up with three romantic icons to suit any modern couple. See the boy/girl, boy/boy or girl/girl options that she's created just for Milkfed Press. The inks can be custom-mixed for your wedding palette.
This very elaborate suite made its big debut in Food & Wine. A conservative take on an exotic bird, this is one of my more popular suites.
Inspired by orange crate art, I have created three different options for these very charming Save-the-Date cards. They really set the tone for an elegant country affair. The western inspired invitations and reply cards are a fun twist to traditional invitations and tie in nicely with the entire package.
This suite made its big debut inMartha Stewart Weddings a few years back. It has kept me busy with creating custom maps ever since it hit the newsstand in 2007. Originally created in a Pink and Poppy palette, it can be fully tailored to your event. The Calligraphy is done by the very talented Dana Cochran.
